What is your jewellery made of?
We craft in 925 sterling silver and gold, set with natural diamonds, lab-grown diamonds or moissanite. Each product page lists the exact metal and stone.
How long does delivery take?
Every piece is handcrafted to order. Delivery within India normally takes 14–21 days from your order. If a design needs more time because of its complexity, we will tell you in advance.
Is shipping free?
Yes. Shipping is free on all orders within India and every parcel is sent by insured courier. International shipping costs US$250 per shipment and takes 21–28 working days; international shipments are non-refundable.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Because every piece is made to order, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or give refunds after delivery, including for change of mind.
What if my jewellery has a manufacturing defect?
Report it within 7 days of delivery by emailing deepjewels35@gmail.com with clear photos or a video and your order details. The piece must be unused and in its original condition. Once our quality team confirms the defect, we repair it free of charge and ship it back within 10–15 business days. Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, and resizing or repairs by another jeweller are not covered.
Do you offer gift packing?
Yes. Gift packing is free, with a personalised message of your choice, in distinctive Deep Jewels packaging.

How will I know when my order ships?
We will let you know as soon as your order is shipped, and inform you if there is any change to the delivery time. For insured delivery, the courier may ask the recipient for identity proof.
